We started as an influencer marketing agency. While clients loved our results, delivering them was a pain. So we started automating everything we did — and it paid off.

2025 was a great year for us:

  • We launched our platform in early 2025
  • We grew our team to 35 members
  • We scaled from 0 to more than 100,000 creators and paid out more than $5M to them
  • We acquired more than 120 clients solely through word of mouth. Our growth has been 100% organic
  • We ran campaigns for companies such as Telegram, UFC, Universal Music Group and artists such as Elton John, Ed Sheeran, Playboi Carti, and Kendrick Lamar
  • We're profitable and have secured our first investor

The role

We help brands go viral through creators — and now it's time to do the same for Clipster itself. You'll build and own Clipster's organic marketing presence from the ground up. That means finding and working with UGC creators, experimenting with AI-generated UGC, producing content, and doing whatever it takes to get Clipster in front of the right audiences on TikTok, Instagram, and beyond. You'll have budget to work with and full ownership over how it's spent and what gets made.

What you'll work on

  • Building Clipster's organic marketing strategy from scratch across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.
  • Sourcing, briefing, and managing UGC creators to produce content at scale.
  • Experimenting with AI UGC — testing formats, tools, and approaches to find what performs.
  • Producing and publishing content directly when needed.
  • Managing a budget for creator payments and content production.
  • Tracking performance across all content and doubling down on what works.
  • Constantly generating new ideas for formats, angles, and creator partnerships.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience running UGC or organic social campaigns that drove real results.
  • Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram — you understand what performs and why.
  • Experience finding, briefing, and managing UGC creators end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with AI UGC tools and how to leverage them effectively.
  • Strong creative instincts — you know a good brief and a good piece of content when you see one.
  • Self-directed and comfortable with full ownership from day one.

Bonus points

  • You've built an organic content program from scratch at a startup.
  • You're a creator yourself — you understand the process from the inside.
  • Experience with performance marketing or paid social alongside organic.
  • Background in creator economy, influencer marketing, or a consumer app.
