We started as an influencer marketing agency. While clients loved our results, delivering them was a pain. So we started automating everything we did — and it paid off.

2025 was a great year for us:

  • We launched our platform in early 2025
  • We grew our team to 35 members
  • We scaled from 0 to more than 100,000 creators and paid out more than $5M to them
  • We acquired more than 120 clients solely through word of mouth. Our growth has been 100% organic
  • We ran campaigns for companies such as Telegram, UFC, Universal Music Group and artists such as Elton John, Ed Sheeran, Playboi Carti, and Kendrick Lamar
  • We're profitable and have secured our first investor

The role

We're looking for a driven, self-starting Senior Account Executive to help accelerate our revenue growth. You will focus on scaling and optimizing our sales processes, expanding our market presence, and driving deals to close. Working closely with the Founder and the sales team, you'll have a direct impact on refining our pricing, offers, and overall go-to-market strategy as we scale.

Day-to-day

  • Own inbound sales: run discovery calls, qualify leads, close deals.
  • Build and manage the full sales pipeline inside HubSpot.
  • Identify and execute outbound opportunities via LinkedIn and direct outreach.
  • Work closely with the Founder to iterate on pricing, offers, and GTM strategy.
  • Ensure smooth handoff from sales to campaign execution with zero information loss.
  • Track and report on key metrics: pipeline value, close rates, and deal velocity.

What we're looking for

  • 3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, agency, or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of closing deals — not just supporting or qualifying.
  • Strong presence on calls; confident communicator with founders and senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating without structure.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to move fast and iterate.

Bonus points

  • Experience selling to marketing teams, DTC brands, or agencies.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing, creator platforms, or performance-based models.
  • Prior experience as an early or sole salesperson at a startup.
