The role
Our product splits into two very different sides — brands and creators — with different needs, different users, and different problems to solve. Right now one PM covers both, which means constant context-switching and neither side getting the focus it needs. You'll take full, end-to-end ownership of one side: research, PRDs, prioritisation, shipping, and the metrics that follow. Nothing here is broken — the roadmap has simply grown past what one PM can hold well, and we're bringing in a second person so each side gets a dedicated owner.
What you'll do
- Own the roadmap end-to-end for your side of the product, from problem to shipped release.
- Run user research and turn what you learn into clear PRDs.
- Set the success metrics for your area and track them after launch.
- Prioritise the backlog and make the trade-off calls with engineering.
- Work day-to-day with engineers to scope, sequence, and ship.
- Partner with our designer to turn PRDs into shippable flows.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in product management, having owned a roadmap end-to-end.
- Experience writing PRDs and running research from a blank page.
- Comfortable setting your own success metrics and being accountable to them.
- A strong bias to ship — you'd rather have a live version than a polished spec.
- Used to working closely with engineers and design.
- Bonus: experience owning a full product area at a fast-growing product company.
What we offer
- A competitive salary that reflects the impact you have, reviewed as you grow into more.
- Flexible time off — take what you need. We trust adults to manage their own energy, not a leave balance.
- Remote-first: work wherever you’re most productive, and we get together in person when it makes sense.
- A one-time $1,000 home office bonus to set up a workspace you’ll actually want to work from.
- An annual education stipend for books, courses, and conferences.
