About Clipster

Our mission: Empower creators to earn through performance and help brands scale authentic marketing that works.

Clipster is where brands and creators connect to turn views into profits.

Clippers (Creators) clip, remix, and post branded content on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, and beyond — earning money for every view they deliver.

Brands get a significantly better influencer marketing experience thanks to scale, simplicity, and reliable performance tracking.

We started as an influencer marketing agency. While clients loved our results, delivering them was a pain. So we started automating everything we did — and it paid off.

2025 was a great year for us:

  • We launched our platform in early 2025
  • We grew our team to 35 members
  • We scaled from 0 to more than 100,000 creators and paid out more than $5M to them
  • We acquired more than 120 clients solely through word of mouth. Our growth has been 100% organic
  • We ran campaigns for companies such as Telegram, UFC, Universal Music Group and artists such as Elton John, Ed Sheeran, Playboi Carti, and Kendrick Lamar
  • We're profitable and have secured our first investor

The role

This is a high-ownership role from day one. You will shape key product flows, raise the design quality bar, improve Figma structure and handoff standards, and work closely with the Founder, Product Manager, and Engineers to translate product direction into shipped features. We are looking for a designer who doesn't just hand over static mockups but can actually ship code — comfortable jumping into the codebase and implementing UI fixes and frontend components directly.

The mindset we hire for

  • Ownership & Mission Alignment — You don't wait for a perfect brief. You take direction and move. You care about shipped product, not just polished concepts.
  • Thinks in Systems — You design flows, states, and components — not just individual screens. You bring order to a messy Figma file without making it a months-long project.
  • Design Engineer Mindset — You don't stop at Figma. You have the frontend skills to bridge the gap between pixels and git commits — jumping into the code to polish UI details, fix layout bugs, and ensure the live product matches your designs.
  • Ambitious Simplicity — Strong visual taste, but never at the expense of clear UX. You explain design decisions concisely and make trade-offs deliberately.
  • Humility & Collaboration — High-bandwidth communicator who works well async and proactively surfaces blockers.

What you'll work on

  • Creator onboarding and activation flows.
  • Campaign discovery and participation experiences.
  • Payout and earnings interfaces.
  • Brand campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
  • Dashboards, data tables, filters, and status views.
  • Design system cleanup and component documentation.
  • Engineering handoff standards and Figma file structure.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI.
  • Portfolio with real digital product work — core product flows, not just marketing pages.
  • Experience designing for customer-facing B2C and/or B2B products.
  • Strong Figma skills and a solid grasp of interaction and UX principles.
  • Comfortable working directly with product and engineering teams.
  • Strong written communication and async collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to ship code: hands-on experience with HTML, CSS/Tailwind, and JavaScript/React. Comfortable with Git workflows and contributing directly to a codebase.

Bonus points

  • Experience with marketplace or two-sided platform products (creators + brands).
  • Familiarity with data-heavy interfaces: analytics dashboards, reporting tables.
  • Background in early-stage startups where you were the only designer.

Why Clipster

  • Total ownership — No design org to navigate. What you build shapes the product millions of creators and brands use.
  • Remote & async — Work where you are most effective. Core hours: 10am – 2pm UTC+2.
  • Zero bureaucracy — No endless reviews. We move fast and trust your judgment.
