The role
This is a high-ownership role from day one. You'll shape key product flows, raise the design quality bar, improve our Figma structure and handoff standards, and work directly with the Founder, Product Manager, and engineers to turn product direction into shipped features. We're looking for a designer who doesn't stop at static mockups — someone comfortable jumping into the codebase to implement UI fixes and frontend components.
What you'll do
- Design creator onboarding and activation flows.
- Design campaign discovery and participation experiences.
- Design payout and earnings interfaces.
- Design brand campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
- Work on dashboards, data tables, filters, and status views.
- Clean up the design system and document components.
- Set engineering handoff standards and Figma file structure.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in Product Design / UX/UI.
- A portfolio with real digital product work — core product flows, not just marketing pages.
- Experience designing customer-facing B2C and/or B2B products.
- Strong Figma skills and a solid grasp of interaction and UX principles.
- Proven ability to ship code: hands-on with HTML, CSS/Tailwind, and JavaScript/React, comfortable with Git workflows.
- Strong written communication and async collaboration.
- Bonus: marketplace or two-sided platform products, data-heavy interfaces, or being the only designer at an early-stage startup.
What we offer
- A competitive salary that reflects the impact you have, reviewed as you grow into more.
- Flexible time off — take what you need. We trust adults to manage their own energy, not a leave balance.
- Remote-first: work wherever you’re most productive, and we get together in person when it makes sense.
- A one-time $1,000 home office bonus to set up a workspace you’ll actually want to work from.
- An annual education stipend for books, courses, and conferences.
