The role
We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to find and build relationships with platforms, tools, communities, and creators used by video editors. This could include footage libraries, editing tools, music and effects platforms, educational channels, and creator communities. Your job is to identify the right partners, reach out, negotiate collaboration terms, and turn conversations into long-term partnerships. This is not a media buying or traditional advertising role.
What you'll own
- Research and identify potential partners
- Reach out through email, LinkedIn, Discord, and other relevant channels
- Develop partnership ideas that create value for both sides
- Lead early-stage conversations and negotiations
- Coordinate contracts and launch details with internal teams
- Maintain and grow existing partner relationships
- Track the partnership pipeline and follow-ups

- You have experience in partnerships, business development, sales, account management, or creator marketing
- You've built relationships with companies or creators from scratch
- You understand creator tools, video editing, or online communities
- You're ambitious, resourceful, and comfortable working without detailed instructions

- Experience working with creators or digital platforms
- Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools
- Experience using AI for research and outreach
- An existing network in the creator ecosystem
