The role
We've acquired 120+ clients entirely through word of mouth. We haven't even started going after leads systematically — and that's exactly the opportunity. As our GTM Engineer, you'll use technology to build the infrastructure that finds, enriches, and converts leads at scale. You'll scrape competitor platforms to identify brands actively running campaigns, build pipelines that enrich that data with contact details, and create the outbound systems that make sure we're reaching every potential client before anyone else does.

What you'll work on
- Building scrapers that monitor competitor platforms to identify brands actively running influencer and content campaigns.
- Enriching lead lists with contact details — emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles — and keeping them current.
- Building and maintaining outbound sequences that reach the right people at the right time.
- Expanding and improving existing lead capture workflows across different tools and platforms.
- Identifying new data sources and channels to grow the top of the funnel.
- Working closely with our Sales Lead to make sure the pipeline is always full and the data is always clean.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a GTM engineering, growth engineering, or sales engineering role.
- Hands-on experience building scrapers, data pipelines, and lead enrichment workflows.
- Fluency with the modern GTM stack — Clay, Apollo, Instantly or Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Phantombuster or Browse AI, and AI-native enrichment tools.
- Analytical mindset — you track what's working, cut what isn't, and double down on what drives results.
- Self-directed and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
Bonus points
- Experience in a marketplace, SaaS, or performance marketing company.
- Background in outbound sales infrastructure or revenue operations.
- Experience building automated outreach sequences at scale.
- Familiarity with brand advertising, influencer marketing, or creator economy platforms.
