We started as an influencer marketing agency. While clients loved our results, delivering them was a pain. So we started automating everything we did — and it paid off.

2025 was a great year for us:

  • We launched our platform in early 2025
  • We grew our team to 35 members
  • We scaled from 0 to more than 100,000 creators and paid out more than $5M to them
  • We acquired more than 120 clients solely through word of mouth. Our growth has been 100% organic
  • We ran campaigns for companies such as Telegram, UFC, Universal Music Group and artists such as Elton John, Ed Sheeran, Playboi Carti, and Kendrick Lamar
  • We're profitable and have secured our first investor

The role

We have 100,000+ creators on the platform. We got here without anyone fully owning acquisition. That's the opportunity — and the upside is enormous. You will own the entire creator acquisition function: strategy, execution, and eventually a small team. You'll build and run outbound systems — automated email sequences, TikTok and Instagram scraping pipelines, and whatever else it takes to find creators at scale and get them onto the platform. There's no playbook here. You'll write it.

  • Ambition — You think big. You're not here to hit a weekly quota — you're here to build a function that scales to millions of creators and eventually leads a team.
  • Intelligence — You see patterns others miss. You figure out where creators are, what motivates them, and how to reach them more effectively than anyone else.
  • AI Readiness — You actively use AI and automation tools to do in hours what would take others weeks. Scraping, enrichment, sequencing — you know how to build and leverage these systems.
  • Grit — Acquisition is a grind. You iterate through what doesn't work, stay focused on what does, and keep pushing regardless.

What you'll work on

  • Owning the full creator acquisition funnel — from sourcing to activation.
  • Building and running automated outreach: email sequences, DM campaigns, and beyond.
  • Scraping TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms to identify and target the right creator profiles.
  • Constantly developing and testing new acquisition strategies and channels.
  • Enriching and maintaining creator lead lists with the right data.
  • Tracking acquisition metrics and reporting on what's working and what's not.
  • Eventually building and leading a small acquisition team.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in growth, user acquisition, or performance marketing — ideally in a creator, influencer, or marketplace context.
  • Hands-on experience building outbound systems: email automation, scraping, lead enrichment.
  • Strong data and analytical skills — you track everything and optimize relentlessly.
  • Creative thinker who constantly generates new acquisition angles and tests them fast.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously and building processes from scratch.
  • Excellent written communication — you know how to craft outreach that actually gets a response.
  • Someone obsessed with scale — 100,000 creators is just the beginning for you.

Bonus points

  • You've built creator or influencer acquisition programs before.
  • Experience with tools like Apollo, Clay, Phantombuster, or similar scraping and enrichment stacks.
  • Background in a two-sided marketplace or platform business.
  • You're a creator yourself — you understand the mindset from the inside.
