About Clipster

Our mission: Empower creators to earn through performance and help brands scale authentic marketing that works.

Clipster is where brands and creators connect to turn views into profits.

Clippers (Creators) clip, remix, and post branded content on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, and beyond — earning money for every view they deliver.

Brands get a significantly better influencer marketing experience thanks to scale, simplicity, and reliable performance tracking.

We started as an influencer marketing agency. While clients loved our results, delivering them was a pain. So we started automating everything we did — and it paid off.

2025 was a great year for us:

  • We launched our platform in early 2025
  • We grew our team to 35 members
  • We scaled from 0 to more than 100,000 creators and paid out more than $5M to them
  • We acquired more than 120 clients solely through word of mouth. Our growth has been 100% organic
  • We ran campaigns for companies such as Telegram, UFC, Universal Music Group and artists such as Elton John, Ed Sheeran, Playboi Carti, and Kendrick Lamar
  • We're profitable and have secured our first investor

The role

We run some of the most exciting creator campaigns on the internet — and our community of 100,000+ creators deserves a home that reflects that energy. Right now, our Discord is active, but it's nowhere near what it could be. That's the opportunity. You will own the Clipster creator community end-to-end: Discord, Skool, and wherever creators gather. You won't be a moderator — you'll be the person who makes creators feel seen, heard, and excited to keep clipping. You'll work closely with the Founder and Campaign Managers, sitting at the intersection of product, marketing, and creator experience.

The mindset we hire for

  • Ownership — You take full responsibility for the community. You don't wait for direction — you see what needs to be done and you do it.
  • Intensity — High energy in everything. You bring momentum to conversations, campaigns, and community initiatives without being asked.
  • Mission Alignment — You genuinely care about creators. This isn't just community management — it's being the bridge between Clipster and the people who power it.
  • Grit — Community is built day by day. You show up consistently, even when engagement is slow and results take time.
  • Humility — You listen more than you talk. You surface creator feedback honestly, even when it's uncomfortable to hear.
  • AI Readiness — You actively use AI tools to work faster and smarter — from drafting posts to spotting engagement patterns.

What you'll work on

  • Owning and growing the Clipster Discord server and Skool community day-to-day.
  • Designing and running creator engagement programs: giveaways, challenges, AMAs, spotlight features.
  • Writing announcements, updates, and community posts that actually get read.
  • Being the voice of the creator community internally — surfacing feedback, wins, and friction.
  • Collaborating with Campaign Managers to amplify active campaigns inside the community.
  • Building community rituals and formats that drive recurring engagement.
  • Tracking community health metrics and reporting on what's working.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience managing and growing an active online community.
  • Deep understanding of creator culture — you know the platforms, the language, the motivations.
  • Strong written communication skills — you can write a message that feels human, not like a press release.
  • Self-directed and highly organized — you manage your own calendar, priorities, and output without hand-holding.
  • Experience running community programs: giveaways, challenges, onboarding flows, engagement campaigns.
  • Comfortable working async and remotely with a distributed team.

Bonus points

  • You came from a creator background yourself — you've clipped, posted, grown an audience.
  • Experience with Skool or other community platforms beyond Discord.
  • You've grown a community from scratch or turned around a low-engagement one.
  • Basic content creation skills — short videos, graphics, or social posts.

Why Clipster

  • Total ownership — No community team to navigate. No approval chains. You decide what the community looks and feels like.
  • Meaningful scale — 100,000+ creators are already here. You're not starting from zero, you're unlocking what's already possible.
  • Zero bureaucracy — We move fast and trust your judgment.
