We started as an influencer marketing agency. While clients loved our results, delivering them was a pain. So we started automating everything we did — and it paid off.

2025 was a great year for us:

  • We launched our platform in early 2025
  • We grew our team to 35 members
  • We scaled from 0 to more than 100,000 creators and paid out more than $5M to them
  • We acquired more than 120 clients solely through word of mouth. Our growth has been 100% organic
  • We ran campaigns for companies such as Telegram, UFC, Universal Music Group and artists such as Elton John, Ed Sheeran, Playboi Carti, and Kendrick Lamar
  • We're profitable and have secured our first investor

The role

Campaign Managers are the engine of Clipster's day-to-day operations. You'll own the full lifecycle of assigned campaigns — from setup and launch to performance tracking and client reporting. You'll be the person clients trust, the person creators turn to, and the person leadership relies on to make sure every campaign runs on time, on spec, and above expectations. This role is equal parts execution, relationship management, and growth.

Day-to-day

  • Execute campaigns according to requirements and timelines — zero setup errors.
  • Coordinate with creators and clients to meet deliverables and manage expectations.
  • Monitor campaign performance in real time and resolve issues quickly.
  • Keep every client informed with regular touchpoints — no client ever feels forgotten.
  • Drive creator retention, output, and satisfaction through coaching and support.
  • Create and maintain educational resources and best practices for creators.
  • Report results, insights, and feedback to leadership.
  • Identify and pursue outbound opportunities: new streamer programs, competitor client acquisition.
  • Optimize campaign strategy, pricing, and delivery efficiency over time.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in campaign management, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong organizational skills — you can manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • Clear, confident communicator — in writing and on calls.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
  • Data-driven: you track metrics, spot patterns, and act on them.
  • High ownership mindset — you treat your campaigns like your own business.

Bonus points

  • Experience in influencer marketing, creator platforms, or performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with outreach and business development.
  • Background working with content creators or streamers.
