About Clipster
Clipster helps brands scale organic distribution through creators, with clear tracking, simple execution, and payouts tied to actual views.
After running campaigns manually, we built a platform to make the model scalable.
Since launching in early 2025, we've grown to 100,000+ creators, paid out $5M+, acquired 120+ clients, and run campaigns for names like Telegram, UFC, Universal Music Group, Elton John, Ed Sheeran, Playboi Carti, and Kendrick Lamar.
Our growth has been 100% organic.
Now we need someone to make sure the right people hear about what we're building.
The role
We're looking for our first Brand & Content Lead — someone who can own how Clipster sounds, reads, and shows up in public.
You'll shape our voice, sharpen our point of view, ghostwrite for the founder and leadership team, and turn what's happening inside Clipster into clear, high-signal content across LinkedIn, X, product, and company channels.
This is not a role for someone who waits for briefs. The company already has traction, customers, creators, and a strong point of view. Your job is to make that point of view travel.
What you'll own
- Own Clipster's voice, positioning, and editorial standards across public-facing content
- Own the creative strategy and writing for marketing campaigns, product launches, web content, social media, video content, and product copy
- Run Clipster's content presence across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other relevant channels
- Ghostwrite, edit, and coach founder/leadership/team content so Clipster's point of view shows up through multiple voices
- Work hand-in-hand with Product, Partnerships, Growth, Campaigns, and Video to turn internal context into strong external narratives
- Find stories inside the company before anyone asks for them: product updates, campaign wins, creator insights, customer learnings, and market observations
- Hold a high bar for every line — edit your own work ruthlessly and give sharp, useful feedback on others
What we expect
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Strong taste, sharp judgment, and the ability to simplify complex ideas
- High agency — you find the angle instead of waiting for a brief
- Strategic thinking around positioning, audience, timing, and distribution
- Ability to ghostwrite in a voice that feels authentic
- Speed, ownership, and confidence to push back when the message is weak
You may be a strong fit if
- You have 5+ years in content, brand, editorial, copywriting, or founder/executive ghostwriting
- You have a strong portfolio across founder content, social content, landing pages, launches, long-form, or product copy
- You've turned messy internal context into clear external narratives before
- You understand LinkedIn, X, founder-led distribution, and organic content
- You're comfortable being the first dedicated content/brand hire
Bonus points
- You've ghostwritten for founders or executives before
- You have your own audience on LinkedIn, X, Substack, or another platform
- You've built content systems, not just individual posts
- You've learned a complex category quickly and turned it into strong public-facing content
What we don't care about
We don't care if you've worked in the creator economy before. Strong writers learn categories fast.
We don't care about degrees, certifications, or specific tool stacks.
We care about taste, writing quality, speed, judgment, and whether you can turn raw company context into content people actually want to read.
