Automation / AI Agent Operator

The role

We have no shortage of automation opportunities. What we need is someone who can spot them, obsess over them, and ship them. You'll identify where AI agents and automation have the highest impact across the business, find creative ways to leverage new tools, and do the actual work of building and running them. You don't need to be senior — you need to be obsessed, and you need to finish things.

What you'll do

• Build and deploy AI agents that automate repetitive workflows across the team.
• Identify the highest-leverage automation opportunities and execute on them.
• Connect tools, APIs, and data sources into automated pipelines that hold up.
• Maintain and improve existing automations as the product and team evolve.
• Work with the team to understand real pain points and turn them into solved problems.

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience building automations and AI agent workflows — no minimum years required, we care about what you've actually shipped.
• Deep familiarity with AI agent frameworks and no-code/low-code automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain, or similar).
• Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
• Self-directed — you can take a vague problem, scope it yourself, and deliver something that works.
• Fast learner who stays on top of new AI tools and immediately thinks about how to apply them.
• Bonus: Python or JavaScript for custom scripts, or agents you've built that run autonomously over long tasks.
