We started as an influencer marketing agency. While clients loved our results, delivering them was a pain. So we started automating everything we did — and it paid off.

2025 was a great year for us:

  • We launched our platform in early 2025
  • We grew our team to 35 members
  • We scaled from 0 to more than 100,000 creators and paid out more than $5M to them
  • We acquired more than 120 clients solely through word of mouth. Our growth has been 100% organic
  • We ran campaigns for companies such as Telegram, UFC, Universal Music Group and artists such as Elton John, Ed Sheeran, Playboi Carti, and Kendrick Lamar
  • We're profitable and have secured our first investor

The role

We have no shortage of automation opportunities. What we need is someone who can spot them, obsess over them, and ship them. You'll identify where AI agents and automation can have the highest impact across the business, come up with creative ways to leverage new tools, and then do the actual work of building and running them. You don't need to be senior — you need to be obsessed. Someone who wakes up thinking about what can be automated next and doesn't stop until it's working.

  • Ownership — You take a task and you finish it. You don't need hand-holding, scope definition, or a perfect brief. You figure it out.

  • Simplifies — You find the fastest path from problem to working solution. You don't over-engineer. You ship.

What you'll work on

  • Building and deploying AI agents that automate repetitive workflows across the team.
  • Identifying the highest-leverage automation opportunities and executing on them.
  • Connecting tools, APIs, and data sources to create seamless automated pipelines.
  • Maintaining and improving existing automations as the product and team evolve.
  • Working closely with the team to understand pain points and turn them into solved problems.

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on experience building automations and AI agent workflows — no years of experience required, we care about what you've actually shipped.
  • Deep familiarity with AI agent frameworks and no-code/low-code automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain, or similar).
  • Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
  • Self-directed — you can take a vague problem, scope it yourself, and deliver a working solution.
  • Fast learner who stays on top of new AI tools and immediately thinks about how to apply them.

Bonus points

  • Experience with Python or JavaScript for custom automation scripts.
  • Background in operations, growth, or engineering at a fast-moving startup.
  • You've built agents that work autonomously over long tasks — not just simple triggers.
